Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care via telehealth platforms and remote monitoring systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress, document electronic health records accurately and timely
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families remotely
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and maintain patient confidentiality
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to patient inquiries and triage emergent situations appropriately
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado
- BSN or higher degree preferred (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with telehealth platforms or remote care preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and empathy abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
