Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care programs
- Document care activities accurately in resident charts
- Support social activities and promote resident independence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- No prior CNA experience required (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Compassionate attitude and desire to work with seniors
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for documentation
