Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with meal service and ensure proper nutrition
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Document care activities accurately in resident charts
- Participate in care planning meetings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- Current California CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain during training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication skills and compassion for elderly care
- High school diploma or equivalent
