Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document observations
- Provide mobility support and transfer assistance
- Assist with meal service and nutritional needs
- Report resident changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Comply with healthcare regulations and protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Current California CNA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training available)
- Empathetic and patient-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
