Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support resident independence while maintaining dignity and comfort
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Report observations to licensed nursing staff promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – training provided
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
