Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support patients with emotional and social needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in mandatory remote training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to obtain Texas CNA certification (training included)
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for remote training components
