Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Support daily living activities and maintain clean patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Must obtain NC CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform patient care tasks
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
