Responsibilities

  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity and respect.
  • Monitor Vital Signs: Accurately record and report patient temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Assist with Mobility: Support patients in transferring to and from beds, wheelchairs, or walkers safely.
