Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior staff.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and infection control standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and unit meetings.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (New Graduates welcome).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Compassionate attitude with a strong desire to help others.
