Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, and mobility needs.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Document patient care activities and intake/output accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Support the healthcare team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required (valid in California).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not always required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Compassionate attitude towards patients of all ages.
