Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff immediately.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to ensure their comfort, dignity, and mental well-being.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls and injury.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR) as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior experience required – Full paid training program available for the right candidate.
- CNA Certification (preferred but not mandatory for immediate start).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical stamina to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes.
