As a CNA, you will provide essential care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse immediately.
- Document patient care services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support with meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the state of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Caring, patient-centered approach to healthcare.
