Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and medical reports
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments and inventory supplies
- Support patients with emotional and social needs
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transporting patients)
