Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient behavior, and medical conditions
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility-specific protocols
- Support end-of-life care and specialized treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care or acute settings
