Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and using assistive devices.
- Document patient care plans, updates, and incident reports accurately.
- Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and family members regarding patient status.
- Administer medications as prescribed and directed by licensed staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active Ohio CNA (CNAL) certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
