Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for assigned patientsAdminister medications accurately and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current or obtainable within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC a plus)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
