Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records
- Support resident activities and social engagement programs
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
