Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Administer medications under supervision per care plans
- Support nutritional needs during meal times and hydration monitoring
- Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to alternate Saturdays/Sundays
- Pass background check and drug screening
