Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake, vitals monitoring, and symptom assessment during overnight hours.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and specimen collection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure strict sterilization protocols are followed.
- Administer medications and injections as directed by licensed providers.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide empathetic, high-quality care support.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA, RMA, or CNA preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
