Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with patient documentation and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patient rehabilitation plans under RN supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift patients and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun)
