Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
- Participate in team huddles and ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in long-term care
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
