Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams for seamless patient transitions

- Implement evidence-based nursing practices in acute care settings

Qualifications
- Active Nevada RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications

- Proven ability to work independently in high-acuity environments
