Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to elderly residents
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for personalized care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in state of residence
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
