Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and support daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
