Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Administer medications under RN supervision and ensure timely documentation

Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
