Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status changes
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Support patient nutrition and hydration needs
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care or acute care
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening
