Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor client well-being and report changes to care coordinator
- Administer medications as per care plan and training protocols
- Maintain accurate care notes and client records
- Adhere to company safety policies and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with patience and empathy
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility (standing/bending)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
