Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Companionship services including conversation, reading, and recreational activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate health changes to care coordinators
- Implement light housekeeping tasks and ensure safe home environments
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to optimize client well-being
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
