Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance using company-provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status accurately
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments using supplied disinfection products
- Communicate client needs and observations to care coordinators
- Follow all HIPAA and OSHA protocols with supplied protective gear
Qualifications
- Ohio Home Health Aide certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with company-provided lifting aids
- Current CPR/BLS certification (training available)
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently with supplied resources
