Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage dietary restrictions
- Administer medications accurately and maintain health records
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and social companionship
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Transport clients to appointments and errands safely

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current Oregon CNA certification or equivalent credentials
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check clearance required
