Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with proper hydration and nutrition
- Administer medication reminders and monitor vital signs accurately
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities and companionship
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Document care activities and report changes in client condition promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide certification preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate nature
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
