Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Provide light housekeeping and transportation services
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication reminders
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year home health or caregiver experience
- Current Nebraska HHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
