Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Manage medication reminders and schedules
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities
- Maintain clean and safe home environments
- Transport clients to appointments (as needed)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license + reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background checks & drug screen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally
