Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using established triage protocols
- Provide accurate clinical guidance to patients via phone and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate urgent interventions
- Document patient encounters with precision in EMR systems
- Manage emergency department flow and patient disposition
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
