Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the quality of life for seniors.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social activities.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid Certification are required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patience and empathy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in home health or long-term care is a plus but not required.
