Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Document daily activities and changes in condition accurately.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not always required for new applicants.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
