Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide safe and comfortable mobility assistance, including transferring and walking support.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Administer medication reminders and accurately document care logs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license is required.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
