Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offer essential companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform medication reminders and light mobility assistance as needed.
- Document daily care activities and report changes in patient condition to the nursing supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or Home Health Aide certification is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
