- Assist with mobility transfers and transportation to medical appointments

- Monitor vital signs and document client progress accurately

- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to assist with transfers and lifting up to 50 lbs

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
