Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Administer medication reminders and document daily care logs accurately.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, shopping trips, or social outings as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all assigned clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is preferred but not required.
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Passion for caregiving and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and patience.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
