Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Create personalized care plans and maintain detailed records
- Assist with light housekeeping and mobility support
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
