Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparationMonitor client health status and report changes to care coordinator
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Maintain detailed care documentation
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
