Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation for client households
- Document care activities and client progress accurately
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment for vulnerable adults
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving or CNA experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication skills and empathy
