Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Light housekeeping and laundry services
- Comprehensive documentation of care activities and client observations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Valid Florida CNA/HHA certification preferred
- Clean driving license with reliable transportation
- Passionate about elderly care with empathy and patience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Cleared background check and TB test
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
