Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in hospitals, assisted living, or home health settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Transport patients safely using proper techniques and equipment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or geriatrics
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear TB test and background check within 6 months
- Proficient in electronic documentation systems
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation with valid AZ driver's license
