Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care plans
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (or compact state)
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
