Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical setting
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
