Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care, long-term, or specialty settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or specialty experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
