Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations and code blue protocols
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA safety standards
- Maintain accurate patient records and discharge documentation
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
