Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in assigned clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty facilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility protocols
- Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
- Adapt to diverse clinical environments with minimal orientation
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications (current)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
